Note: This itinerary applies to Monday to Saturday only. On Sundays, enjoy two wine tastings and a light, spontaneous lunch in Stellenbosch Town or the surrounding areas.

Your day begins with a choice that’s entirely yours. If the morning calls for wine, your guide will take you to one of the most respected estates in the Golden Triangle, a sunlit corner of Stellenbosch known for its soils, its stillness and wines recognised among the world’s best.

If you’d rather ease in gently, Stellenbosch itself rewards a few hours with no particular agenda: good coffee and pastries, independent galleries and boutiques, and streets lined with 18th-century Cape Dutch architecture.

Before lunch, enjoy a private tour of a boutique wine estate, moving through the vineyards, gardens and cellar with an expert who can explain the choices behind each wine rather than just the names on the labels. The tour ends with a tasting overlooking the vines, followed by lunch: generous seasonal harvest platters featuring the estate’s own artisanal produce.

The afternoon brings one final tasting, chosen with your guide to suit your mood. Structured and refined, or relaxed with a reason to stay a little longer, it’s up to you.
