Tour Highlights

Kalk Bay
Tidal pools, boutiques, and a relaxed lunch by the harbour.
Boulders Beach
Skip the queue to meet the penguins. If the tide is right, visit them on the beach
Cape Point with Gourmet Picnic
Our signature lunch experience and time to explore Cape Point off the tourist path.
Cape Wildlife
Bontebok, baboons, ostrich, Cape Mountain Zebra if you’re lucky, and more!
Chapman's Peak Drive
A scenic drive on the iconic road with views that stretch in every direction.

Begin your day with a slow morning in Kalk Bay, a quirky coastal town known for its tidal pools, harbour, and excellent pastries. Pause for coffee and something delicious from the bakery, take an optional dip in the tidal pools, and spend time browsing the local galleries and boutiques.

From there, it's on to Boulders Beach, home to a thriving colony of endangered African penguins. Skip the queue and find a quieter spot for a closer look, without the crowds.

At Cape Point Nature Reserve, your guide will lead you through the dramatic southern tip of the peninsula. Here, you'll pause for our signature picnic lunch in a scenic, secluded lookout with great food, panoramic views, and fresh ocean air.

The return journey takes the Atlantic route home: through Scarborough, past the surf breaks at Misty Cliffs, over the famous Chapman's Peak Drive (with a photo stop, of course), and back along the Atlantic Seaboard. It's a fitting final stretch for a day spent taking the long way round, with the best views saved for last.

This is your day to shape. If you want to skip a stop or slow down along the way, your guide will adjust as you go.
