This isn’t just a pretty part of the Winelands. It’s one of the most prized pieces of soil in the Western Cape.

The Golden Triangle is a sunlit slice of Stellenbosch known for its soil, its stillness, and its ability to produce wines that are recognised among the world’s best. This is a day for slowing down, tasting, and letting good things unfold.

You’ll be collected in the morning and head east out of Cape Town, trading city streets for vineyard rows. Your first stop is Kleinood, a family-owned farm known for its exceptional wines and thoughtful design. You’ll be guided through the vineyard and grounds before settling in for a tasting of their Tamboerskloof range, served with a seasonal platter.

Next, you'll journey to a hillside estate with panoramic views of the area. Spend some time tasting exceptional wines, followed by a modern farm-style lunch crafted from seasonal local ingredients.

In the afternoon, you’ll head into Stellenbosch town. Take your time along Church Street, a leafy stretch lined with galleries, boutiques, wine bars, and cafés. Whether you're browsing, sampling something delicious, or simply wandering, it’s the kind of ending that feels just right.

Then it’s back to Cape Town with a few more stories (and maybe bottles of wine) to carry home.
