This is a journey to the top, one that starts on the slopes and ends above the city.

Your guide will collect you and take you to the foot of Platteklip Gorge, the most direct and historic route to the summit of Table Mountain. From here, the climb begins with a steady ascent carved through ancient rock and mountain fynbos. The pace is unhurried, allowing time to pause and take in the views and stories about the landscape and its history.

As the path opens toward the top, the reward grows with every step. Panoramic views stretch out in front of you, and the sense of accomplishment is matched only by the scenery. At the summit, your guide will provide a simple refreshment of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate along with light snacks. Spend some time on the summit before returning down the mountain via the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway.
